After an early breakfast, we will be driving for about 4 hours through the very interesting sandy formation, and curvy roads, until we will get to the trail head trailhead where we begin our approach to base camp from the village of Pinaya. Donkeys will carry our food and equipment, it will take us another 4 hours to get to the Base camp called “Puente Roto”, once here our camping and cooking facilities will be ready. We will have the rest of the afternoon to check all the gear, to have a rest, and hang around. Dinner will be served by late afternoon. Overnight in the tents (B/BL/D)

We will start early in the morning, the first section is going to be relatively flat, and until we get a rocky ridge, where we have to scramble most of the way up to the high camp called “Nido de Condores” at (17,881ft/5.450m), depending on the season, we might need to set up our tents on the snow or on the rocks. It will take around 5 to 6 hours to get the high camp.  We will spend the rest of the afternoon, resting, checking gear. Dinner will be served by late afternoon. Overnight in tents (B/BL/D)

We will start very early in the morning, have light breakfast, put on our climbing gear and start heading up, the first section of the climb involves an airy snow ridge, we continue through a moderate steep slope (30-40°) for couple hours before reaching the spectacular summit ridge which we follow to get to the summit, which is one of the most beautiful ones among the South American peaks. Depending on the weather conditions, we will have much time to take pictures, to rest, to eat, and we will start coming down to the high camp first and then all the way to the base camp. Dinner and overnight in the tents (B/BL/D)

We will get breakfast, pack all the gear and  start walking back to  village of “Pinaya”,  where our transportation will be waiting  us to transfer to La Paz, which will take us  3 to 4 hours. Overnight in Hotel (B/BL/-)
